Mass Effect for Xbox 360 Review - Xbox 360 Mass Effect Review

Seems like Gamestop has been giving a lot of the most hyped games some pretty low scores to games that are getting other reviews that are very good.

yeah they are, and I though 9.0 was too low for Bioshock.....

yeah the review is waay to harsh i mean oblivion had most of the probs and everyone still though it rockd and framerate issues can be sorted out with a patch

damn guys whats wrong with 8.5 i mean i havent played it but
if you think how good some games are that are over 9.5 (from reviews ive seen) like HL2 or WoW.
i mean does it really stack up to HL2?
Its prolly a really good game and it looks like it from what ive seen, but HL2 is genre-defining, it doesnt look like ME would come close.
I havent played it but i just cant imagine it being THAT good and 8.5 sounds like a respectable score

8.5 is an amazing score for an amazing game. they may have been a little harsh. i hardly notice the frame rate issues, if at all. i noticed it once last night, but then 1 minute later i had completely forgot about it because i finished a very intense and rewarding fight.

just remember, 8 isn't the new 6
