Jeff Gerstman and this new guy are clearly idiots. There's no point going to this site anymore if I can't trust their rating systems. Their bringing down the averages for all the fantastic games. And Halo 3 9.5?
And WTF is with Gamespots rating system? They used to have one like IGN with 9.0,9.1,9.2 etc... But they changed it to just .5's! So,if a game deserves 9.7,9.8,they can't,they have to give it a 9.5 or a 10. The whole site is just fucked up.
I know it's just reviews,but it still bugs me to know that these people are "professional" editors,yet they lower games score by a ton for small flaws.

I personally find the gameplay repetetive and uninspired. It's damned fun, but I don't think it brings anything new to the table.

it brings perks and all that stuff. infinity ward did a fucking amazing job putting it all together.

I suppose having player-specific power ups are interesting, but it doesn't innovate. Don't get me wrong. Like I said, it's damned fun. It's one of the best shooters out there. I just don't think it'll be remembered as one of those "benchmarks" in gaming... like ME. ^_^

Yeah I agree Gamespot is starting to get some really shitty reviewers. Like the guy that wrote the review on Mass Effect. He is SHATE!

that new reviewer is terrible, don't look to gamespot for video reviews, or reviews in general, at least most video reviewing sites you don't have to look at the reviewer, gamespot force you to look at his fat ugly face.
