Yeah I really don't think it is that bad. The reason why the framerate is bad is because it is a big world and the textures take a while to load up. You can't really blame them. I am sure if they do release a patch the graphics will be slimmed down a bit though.

I have been playing this game since this morning lol ( I love how this game came out at the start of my college's thanksgiving break ) but i have yet ot expirence any game ruinging framerate issues. I see a little stutter here and there but nothing major.

Is it as bad as oblivion? AKA when you're walking around the big environment does it stutter every few seconds?

Or is it when a lot is going on, on screen?

well Mass Effect for me seems to struggle a bit. Nothing major but it is annoying when you can't sprint around cos it'll struggle to load up.

Both pc and xbox ran fine, i mean faster loading time on PC, but xbox never had an framerate problems, just having to load more textures while your running threw the woods.
