Typical shooter... the only non-typical shooter is one not in first person. No first person shooters are innovative. And the only reason you don't like Halo is because it's a popular franchise.

It's popular because it's overhyped, no one on my friend's list bother's with it. Nor do i. Bioshock, half-life. Im sure their's many more but it seems i cannot remember.

bioshock was amazing, I have to give you that.
Half-Life is amazing, but it's a dying breed (It's also story-driven, btw  )
