IGN Review - 7.4/10
IGN just posted their review of MLB 2k8. I must say I was expecting a higher score from this game this year after all the improvements they allegedly made. I still bought it I just hope it is better than 2k7.

hum...after just the little bit i played i must admit i agree the presentation just isn't what I was hoping for, i only played for less than an hour but noticed a few glitches...i just hope that doesn't become a trend for 2k stuidios.
its an improvment from last year but not by much

Honestly, no review could ever convince me to buy 2k8 over MLB The Show. I am just sorry to say I don't have that choice!
If it is even a little improvement over last year's, I will take it. While I didn't think 2k7 was great by any stretch I did enjoy it for a very long time. I don't see 2k8 as any different.

Yeah, I actually think the game looks way better than last years. The main screens are actually kind of hard to navigate through at first (the writing/font is SO small!), but I like that it's more difficult than last years. I'll get the hang of it, but I need my baseball fix and I think this game will do fine in fulfilling it.

Well sob I had to get 2K8 for the PS3 because they were sold out of The Show. I cant stand the 2K series on the 360.

But once again, you still haven't played it on the 360 so chill on telling everyone it sucks when the people that are playing it have good things to say about and you haven't played it yet on the 360.
