Is this normal or...
Bottom of the 9th im winning and im pitching. Then my ball starts going all over the place while the controller is shaking. So basicly i couldnt get the ball in the strike zone or making it difficult. Was this normal or something with my hardware? So i ended up losing.
Thinking it was my battery i replaced it. Still same thing. Then i tried COD4 and was working perfect. So im not sure if its something that happens in the game.

Its the worst part of pitching in that game. Its supposed to show how nervous and shakey the pitcher is but it really ruins the game. Its basically forcing you to throw crappy pitches.

You can have your manager make a mound visit and that will improve your pitcher's composure. Ideally, you'd like to have a closer with an A or A+ rating for composure anyway. If the controller vibration bothers you, you can turn it off in under options.
Edit:
Additionally, try not to "overthrow" your pitch. If you make the release point too small while you're in a tough situation you may miss and throw a lot of wild pitches.
Throwing breaking pitches also tends to result in wild pitches more often than fastballs and changeups. With straight pitches though, you'll end up throwing meatballs.

What bothered me was the fact that i didnt know what was going on. Next time i know and i will just play and not worry about it.

well it's in the manual and on alot of the in-game pop-ups talking about pitchers being rattled.

The way the cursor moves and shakes I find it very unrealistic. I have pitched and I never got so nervous that I couldnt control my pitches lol. A mound visit will work for like 1 or 2 pitches then its back to floppin all over the place. Then if you switch pitchers the guy put in is automatically rattled lol.
