see right now though everyone is saying how awesome it's going to be, and many people are changing their minds, but let's not forget that many people could possibly go anti-wii once they actually get some "hands-on" experience.
I definately have changed my mind about it... i never disliked it, but i had never wanted it. Now, i want it, but probably wont get it... Just because i need to buy other stuff.

That's a possibility, yes. No matter how great the controls are going to be (And I expect them to be GREAT), some people will not like it no matter what.
I know when I get a Wii, it will be weird at first to get used to, but I hope people give it time to sink in and such. It shouldn't take too long to get used to if the previews are anything to go why, most people say it comes naturally.
Hell, I expect I have moe trouble getting used to different control schemes on Saints Row and such than getting used to the Wii controller.

If you want to interact with your video games in a way never done before then buy the Wii, if you are an obese pimply faced, chubster, then stick with the conventional controller where all you move is the stubs you call thumbs. Expand your mind, expand your playground, buy a fucking Wii.

Which it should. Nintendo doesn't want to sell you an alien console; they want you to have something you can automatically be ownage at right when you pick up the controller.
Still, there are the haters, who don't accept change and would rather sit there lazily with a controller in their hands, only moving their thumbs and index fingers. So there will naturally be some people who thought the Wii would be good, but then drop it later due to the moving aspect of it.

Lol make a video of you saying that while various wii screenshots run in the backround, you could land yourslef on a commercial that airs at 3 in the morning on wednseday night on the game show network.

Is it just me, who has planned to put the Wii in a place where you can go NUTS? I know you can choose not to move it much and it will still work, but I want to be able to go nuts when playing with it. Haha. I'm gonna be swinging it around like mad aiming when playing Red Steel, and swiping it around like a nutter when playing Zelda.
I'm gonna move my chair to the other end of the room so I have loads of space to swing etc.
Half the fun. If you just sit there moving it slightly then you're missing out.

I'll be playing in my living room, where I have tons of wide room. I know I'll be getting into the games, expecially something like Batallion Wars. I bet the next door neighbors will be able to hear me squealing in delight when I'm playing.
