Real gamers always have a nintendo around.
Nintendo = gaming. That's all there is to it.

Amen x2.
I thought this would be a flamming thread, too. I would've went off on you for flamming in the Wii section. Oh well, I'm glad you hopped on the Wii bandwagon. =]

ABC, didn't mean to offend you, man. I keep chiming in on these Wii threads because I appreciate your (and others') enthusiasm, and I was hoping to find out what about this new system has everyone so excited.
Just curiousity is all... not trying to detract or anything, honestly.

Hmm, let's see what has us excited. LoL This is only the next step in video game history. Sure, beefed up graphics, MORE memory, MORE this, MORE that are all great. But when you really brake it down, it's just more of the same thing... that is not the case with the Wii. Innovation, control, FUN... Wii. And that, my friend, is what has us excited.

being able to play nes, snes, n64, gamecube, and wii games all on one console is reason enough to me.

Ok, I guess. I just don't see it being all that innovative or fun this time around. Hey, I camped out for my Gamecube and have ALWAYS been a hugh Nintendo fan. But for some reason (and this is part of what intrigues me) I have no excitement for this new console.
Like I said, though, when you get one I would love to hear your review to see what this thing is really like.
Maybe it's something you have to actually experience, because the screenshots and movies of people playing leave me feeling a little flat.
