somebody help

my nintendo wii has decided to play up, the problem im having is that i turn the will on and everything is fine i get the home screen come up fine and the remotes both connect but t im not getting the red or blue hands come up on the screen, i checked that sensor bar is connected and thats fine can anyone tell me whats wrong or has this happened to you and how did you sort it???

try unplugging the sensor making sure there is no dust or anything on it.

try unplugging everything. power cables, batteries to remotes etc. if that doesnt work then call nintendo. or go on this website, it might tell you how to solve your problems - http://wiiportal.nintendo-europe.com/4.html
