Should I buy a wii for the sake of it?
Getting a 37" Samsung HDTV tomorrow and thinking if I should buy a wii, well me and my brother go halfs on it. I know a lot of people say it get boring but I would only play it when people are round as I have my 360. I played on a wii for the first time round my uncles the other week and it was pretty fun and he says that Mario and Sonic at the olympics is pretty good. So should I take the plunge?

Mario and Sonic is shit.
If you get one then get one because you want to play a lot of the awesome games like Mario Galaxy, Twilight Princess, Resident Evil 4, Metroid Prime 3, WarioWare, Excite Truck etc.... not just 'for the sake of it' or to play average games.

What Welsh said. The Wii is a pretty awesome console. People who "Get bored real quick" probably bought shite games.
You cant go wrong with Nintendo exclusives either

NO they are shite IMO hate them and most of the games aswell
i had one and sold it and wish i never got one..... |

Moses you probably bought some Barbie game lol.
But anyways get a Wii. A hot exclusive is coming out soon too. Super Smash Bros Brawl is coming out in February. But the games I recommend is Super Mario Galaxy.

no offense but wii is good for kids, not for 13 and over (sorry to break it to you) some of friends have got them. they are great for partys, not for on your own

Im glad my sister got one bc when i go to my parents house we always we bowl or play some oldschool nintendo on there, but ive got a 360 ps2 and snes for when i wanna play some games... but if you have people over enough to get some use out of it go for it!!!! its damn fun IMO!!!!!

I didn't find much use for it either though because I was/am more in my 360, bt i sold it before christmas to someone getting it for their children.
