lousy redcoats...
what is yall's perfered controller set up? from what i've been reading most people are using the wiimote + nunchuck combo. does that seem to provide the best feel?
i hear the wheel, or just using the tilt on the wiimote doesn't quite get the job done for serious karting.
might have to finally pick up a classic controller for this one.

So's my penis. It's in a totally flacid state. Which is unusual. Because I'm watching the morning choir programs. Them little boys usually do it for me. To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

I use the wheel and it gets the job done for me. And never listen to what Carl says. He got lapped on Rainbow Road by yours truly. ;D

the wheel is fantastic but you need to use auto with it so no boost hops..
tbh though i've done like 10 races online and havent finished outside the top 3 and you can see that some of them aren't using the wheel.
ps: this game rocks online, ive had no lag at all, was awesome

You don't need to do auto.. I've been using Manual.

I use the GC controller, I used to use the wheel but the controller is so much simpler to use...i've only not come first 4 times using the controller.

Does anyone know why some wheels are gold online then? Is that after a lot of wins like you have?
I haven't figured it out yet.

Been trying to figure that one out myself, I guess it may be to show they've completed the game itself or as you said a veteran thing, crazy part is I've seen a guy with just over 4000 points have a gold wheel, I'm well into the 6000's and I'm still white...who knows!

The wheel goes gold when you use it 100% of the time whatever that means.
