I think it's stupid she cried, but hey.
It is rude for it to say shes fat. It makes them not want to loose exercise, or try to loose it, because people would make fun of them.
I am not fat, and I do feel bad who just didn't have high metabolisms. Leave her alone. She deserves to cry over it.

Even then its not entirely accurate, Nintendo should make it more clear in the game manual that the BMI results should be taken with a pinch of salt.
