Haven't played my Wii in ages, but I remember enjoying No More Heroes. Also, if you're into blood and gore, check out MadWorld.

Excite truck is definitley fun. Punch out is a nice "retro" remake. deadly creatures is pretty fun too.

if you like baseball games, I totally love both the Power Pros; it plays like old-school RBI Baseball, but with every amenity from a contemporary baseball game that they could fit on a Wii disc. plus the RPG mode is insanely great.

Elebits was a lot of fun.

Mostly though, I've found that I get my kicks from co-op games on Wii.
I really like the new Trauma Centers, especially New Blood with co-op.
Geometry Wars Galaxies was also a lot of fun co-op.
Same goes for Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, and even Ghost Squad (budget rail shooter).
