yeah, i actually wussed out, if you want to say tht.... but i bought the game guide when i bought my own copy of the game, trust me it serves well. but im sure u know of all the spell effects but the one thing u may not know tht the book tells u is tht once u put the Grey Cowl on u do, yes albeit obvious, become the legendary Grey Fox. along with this second identity u also recieve a 500 gold bounty, but also any further bounty aquired whilst wearing the Cowl stays with the Cowl. Example: normally killing someone will give u a 1000 gold bounty, and removing the Cowl remopves the bounty, until the Cowl is worn again. BUT, now heres the kicker! as long as no one sees you put on or take off the Cowl your identity as the Gray Fox will remain a secret!

regarding the glitching tht was discussed... yea it happened to me in weird ways... and is still happening. when doing the mission i was able to carry amounts tht by-passed all logical unreasoning and falling from even short distances is damaging.

but now for my real question... when i was watching my friend finish the final thieves guild mission, he afterwards accuired a "skeleton" key, an unbreakable lockpick. he said tht he had found this information in the book. the only differences are tht it was the ps3 version and i have the GOTY edition along with the GOTY game guide and mentions nothing of the sort. would it be tht since it was the ps3 and original version (whether or not the "updated" GOTY second disk is the correct update is also in question), unsure of update being applied or not, is tht why? because the "skeleton" key, from wut i saw is invaluable since it does not break, a tool any thief shouldn't leave home without.

correction it is not the thieves guild... it is a daedric shrine tht gives u the skeleton key... mephala i believe... or no thts the webspinner one... um... the on tht requires glowdust... i think... i dunno ill check and let u know
