I don't know if it's something related to the story, but why do the females look ugly in oblivion ?! 
good-looking females are REALLY rare! most of them are just monsters or lizards
and did u notice that there are no children or teenagers in this game?
but that really doesn't make it a bad game! it is still the best game ever!

There is a 'child'. Although i wouldnt call him that. It's a wood elf boy called 'Enilroth'. He does the dead drop in following a lead. (Dark Brotherhood).

Ahh.. its tough to make a good looking character too.. took me hours!
I dont think the game needs children though.. itd just complicate things.. maybe theyll add them in the next games?

The reason they didn't add children because remember bethesda designed this game with a T-rating in mind (until it got changed to M cuz of some random topless mod) and killing and slaughtering kids will not seem very Teen rated-ish.

^Exactly. And having women in undergarments seems T-rated to me. Most of them are either blue, scaly, or furry anyways.
