Favorite questline?
Dark brotherhood?
Main Quest?
Fighter's Guild?
Mage's Guild?
Thieve's Guild?
Shivering Isles?
Knights of the Nine?
Arena?
For me, it's the Dark Brotherhood because I like the idea of sneaking around and assassinating people in a secret underground organization. I just wish that when you are listener, you do more than just deliver some message to the speaker.

I think the majority is going to say the Dark Botherhood. I just think they had the best quest as far as playability. Just about all the missions were fun/cool in all ways.
The first quest you need to drop the animal head on the guy sitting in the sofa and you get to make the town of two clans kill each other. I love instigating.

Dark Brotherhood and Knights of the Nine. They both were cool. And you forgot one, although it's not quite a quest line all together, but the Daedric Shrines. Those are some wacked out quests.

Well, obviously I think Dark Brotherhood is the most favored questline, no surprise here. People like being bad I've noticed in games and real life.
