Hey guys im new here and i want to help you out there is this glass helmet called Fin Gleem its VERY Rare and you must find it in the ocean behind anvil but i know where it is if you'd like a Video to see exactly where it is click this link. Another rare item that requires you to do a quest and buy a Expensive house. First go to skingrad. Buy the Rosethorn Hall house. You may need to buy the Bed room Addons from the Colovian traders. If you dont have the money you can use you high acrobatics skill then. Go to your bed room and if you stand infront of your bed and look behind you there is a open space ontop of the area behind you. Once you stand infront of the bed move to the right facing not the bed but behind you and then go right-straight and you end in the corner turn to the left then go straight and you go into another corner just 2 steps ahead of you then you can jump high up and there will be a note take the note and read it once you have read it it will give you a riddle to some treasure that was left here go to the basement of the house and find the hourglass its stuck in the columns upper joints facing towards the maids bed if you dont know what im talking about just look around the basement ceiling not completly up but a imagine that you are looking at a high elf and your a breton. You will find a hour glass once u open it it will give you a very good ring (Forgot the Attributes) and some jewls. make sure you atleast opened the note that tells the riddle in order to activate the hour glass

Another good artifact is Umbra this is a soul stealer sword with ALOT of uses. But if your a begginer and wish to obtain it, it may be difficult. Any way this sword for all i know might be a quest i dont know yet  but its very good sword to start out from the beggining (Save before you attempt to get the sword) First what you must do is head to the water works in the imperial city head to the small village (Thieves Guild Area) Once your there begin swimming across the river until you see a ayelid ruin (That is not the right ruin) so then you get on the road and follow the left path way.. until the next AyeLid Ruin shows up (Not A tower) There will most likely be a Person guarding it. Not a Animal. Then venture into the ruins (Has the Spike trap Smoke Trap) There will not be that tough enemies until you actually meet umbra's user. Kill him you see fit in any manner (Preferrably to stand on the broken wall but you may slip off. Once you kill Umbra you get his sword that is very useful for rechargin your gems (If you wish to recharge the small gems pretty fast go to leyawin obtain the scamp quest and just kill the scamps and you will recharge your soul gems very fast or you can go outside and kill the deers/critters

Another item im going to mention is a book (Doesnt help sorry) But this book i prefer it to call the NECROMANCER UBER BOOK. The way to get this book is to do the Anvil quest (Buying the Manor) This manor is is connected in a quest related to the Book (Book has nothing to do with a quest item dont worry ) So once you buy it you just follow quest once you get the guy to open the magic door in the basement of the manor u will enter inside the room and on the desks will be laying a book that has teeth coming out of it with blood on it (Very grusome indeed XD) Then you can obtain the book (You will have to fight a Undead Mage)
