i am having troubles finding glow dust to offer to the shrine. i looked all over the wiki oblivion site and couldn't find a thing. could someone tell me where to find glow dust, or better yet a daedric artifact.

You can use any Daedric artifact, so my opinion is to use this one

It's a funny weapon, but entirely useless in the long run. whatever you do, DON'T use the one that they suggest, it's a handy little item.

The last time I went to the main ingredient in the imperial city they had some glow dust for sale. I am not sure if that helps you. I am new to the game.

if you want to get glow dust kill will o wisps there will be loads above brora in the north

One of the fighters guild quests has a couple of will o wisps harging around outside a cave. The quest is Mystery at Harlun's Watch
