O shoot I forgot where you find them. Um, try ALberic Little (or w/e his name is) in Chorrol's mage's guild. The Chorrol's Mage's Guild specializes on conjuration spells. I think you might find low level spells like summon ghost or summon scamp. If not then just go to each mage's guild in each city and see what spells are available to buy.
