Athletics

How do you keep upgrading this skill? Does it just take walking around and moving quickly out of enemies way? Someone fill me in.

What you can do is, when you go around town or travel in general, keep jumping so you can improve your athletics. Whenever you lose health due to falling off a cliff or something, you gain points for your Acrobatics. The more health you lose to falling, the more Acrobatics skill points you gain. So go jump off a bridge.

No, jumping improves Acrobatics, running/swimming is what improves Athletics. The best way to improve athletics is to swim.
