the framerate on the 360 is nice and smooth, in fact i couldn't imagine it much smoother had i not seen it on my gf's PC. i had no idea framerates could be so fast until i saw it with my own eyes, lol. she can also play oblivion with ALL the settings maxed out (i actually used a mod to turn them up even farther than the game normally lets you) and it still moves faster than the human eye can distinguish. crazy.
