Effing Grub achievement!
Just finished the "VORTAL COIL" level, where the antlion grubs are. Well, theres 333 of them and i managed to find,,,wait for it,,, 331! I'm missing 2. Does this mean i'll have to go back through the whole thing again?

Haha that sucks man. You should always keep a game save right before you leave any particular area you cant get back into, especially when doing achievements. Thats what I did for a few of these achievements (the Gnome was the biggest one, I filled up all the save spots on that achievement; the Vorticough achievement also took me a few saves).

Doesnt it give you a grub counter? You should have checked that out before completing the area

i said fuck you half life 2 when i saw those achievements. Especially the one with the garden gnome. I'm not about to carry / drive that motherfucker around with me the whole game

Lmao thats fine - you dont have to do the achievements in every game. But at least people know that some of these HL achievements arent messin around

ye im well lookin forward to completing some of these, of course im not gonna get 1000/1000 1st time through on xbox, but its a nice reason to replay the game I love thw achievements to do areas without firing a single shot
