TF2 Getting Repetitive?

I've been playing TF2 alot and it is getting really repetitive for me. What about you guys? I love the engineer, but being only able to build one of each "thing" gets boring if you need to defend multiple spots.

Also the experience doesnt change much considering the same 3 or 4 maps are the only ones I ever see. They are 2fort, Hydro, Dustbowl, and Granary.

What about you guys?

it started getting that way for me, but then i started learning each class.
forcing myself to play classes i dont like so i can get good at it.
thats keeping me going at the mo.
im also tempted to go crazy and start playing like a moron (only using melee) etc.
im going to try get a server to have a mass turret battle.
basically every1 just goes engineer and all deploy turrets facing the enemy, whilst they do the same, and see who comes out alive

Yeah it can sometimes,but usually if you take a break from it you'll be wanting to play it again,it can be said about most online FPS.Unless its a sandbox game like BF2 most FPS are gonna get repetitive.

Also could you imagine if you could build as many sentry guns as you wanted?Thatd be wild,itd also be annoying at the same time,it would almost make the game unplayable,you'd have the entire team being engineers and setting down 10 sentrys each.

Haha, I love doing that when I am bored. I am great as engineer on 2fort...but it gets boring just sitting there.

Meh a deathmatch map would be good, but i'm happy as it is atm.

There are soo many new maps out now, that its hard to keep track of them.

Plus the new expansion adding Unlockable weapons and a new gamemode called goldrush is coming soon.

I would buy it for the PC if mine wasn't so shit that it can't even play BF 1942.

Will that be for the 360 version too?
