PUGS - Arrrggghhhhhhhhh!

I just love TF2, I think its one of the best and most enjoyable multiplayer games out there.

The problem lies with PUGS - random Pick Up Groups, where you just join a random (unranked) match.

It can be so frustrating, with hardly anyone with a mic in game..... I mean all XBox's (bar the core) have a mic in the box don't they?? It is called 'TEAM Fortress' for a reason lol!

I try to play Ranked matches, but it can be tricky if you don't get lucky and get in a good match early. So frustrating some days.

This thread is dedicated to the TF2 players - USE YOUR MIC'S LOL!!

What's your guys view on PUGS on TF2??

I am one of those guys who don't use a mic...Sometimes I listen to what people are saying unless theyre mega d-bags. I play unranked and the game is just an overall fun game to play whether I am winning, or losing. I know the stragedies, so I view what classes people are and try and use one people aren't. If the team is also in need of a medic, I'll be that guy aswell. If I was playing ranked I'd probably speak the bare minimum, pointing out where sentry guns are, and what classes are near by.

A valid point that you make there but.... true the game is a mass ball of fun (In my opinion).

The thing is man, without the mic plugged in, you are a long way away from being up to the communication standard of a mic dude.
