Original Xbox Live?

Is it still possible to play games online with the original black xbox?
i know i wont be able to play all the new games, but what about halo 2?

yes, but im just wondering because a friend of mine had his mom drop his 360
from above his tv, above his drawers, and it broke...

but he has an original xbox too and he was wondering if he can buy a live account for it

Uh, as for that I dk. I've never owned any Xbox products. I'm a Sony console gamers. And before you ask why I'm active on here (which is what everyone ask), it's because this forum is da shit and no other gaming forum comes close.

I will back that up. They still have the framwork for it to run. I know MS will allow you to spend money via the original xbox and sign up.

I just tried to verify and I could not alternativly no info regarding the exclusion of the original xbox is available, which verifies that it is available as people would cry about it all day if it were excluded from LIVE.
