i lost my job because of racial discrimination.I live in arizona and mxicans out number whites.At my job there were 3 white people and 12 mexicans and then 3 more mexican supervisors all on one shift.I was workiung one day and the supervisor told me to go to lunch,i told him i need 5 minutes so i can finish what i'm doing now so when i come back i can start unloading another trailer,he gave me a dirty look so i kept doing what i was doing.% minutes go by and i finished my job,i go to walk around the corner and my boss didn't notice where i was at and he called me a cracker talking to another mexican,I asked him politely what he said and he replied none of your business.I said to him nicely it sounded like you called me a cracker and he said fuck it i did cracker,so i was so pissed off i wanted to break his fuckin jaw but i said ok calm down brice.I went to the lunch room and grabbed my lunch,i walked by him and he shoulder bumped me,i asked him if he was racist and he said no,i told him then why'd you call me a cracker that's racist,he got really mad and told me to go home i told him he was a racist peice of shit and to kiss my white craker ass,then i went home.

It's alot harder to nail someone with "discremination" (it's spelt discrimination but close ) then just walking up to court and saying, fuck this guy i want his money.
