I agree. Playing as Linfield is boring in these games. We're no world beaters but in the game it'd be like managing Real Madrid or Barcelona in La Liga...good for a change every once in a while but the good stuff is managing mediocre teams to get them up.

I remember being over the moon at getting Derby to 11th in the Premiership in 2008, bought Arshavin and the little twat couldn't fit in so had to flog him for less than half the price I got him for. Almost half my squad then fucked off because the Chairman kept intervening and accepting offers 'too good' to turn down, but hey, it was fun while it lasted.

My problem is I get bored before the season is finished if I'm not managing Chelsea. I had a great save with Southend and was within 5 games of reaching automatic qualification to the PL (was when Southend were in the Championship) but then for some reason I stopped playing it, I have no idea why.

I do that aswell Dan

I go through spells of where i find the game boring, and then other spells where i cant stop playing.

The furthest i got to in a save was 2016.
