Wouldn't it be cool if there was a version like super smash bros. for the 360 with Microsoft characters.

It's tough, because Nintendo has like, characters that fit perfectly into SSB.

It could work but it would have to be more adult than SSB is because the characters are more adult. I'd buy the game, I think that would be awesome. You could have Master Chief, Marcus Fenix (and others from GoW), maybe a few from BioShock (playing as a big daddy....sweet), I certainly think it could work and would be another reason for me NOT to buy any Nintendo products.

It wouldn't really work out. The characters would all have guns and there aren't enough microsoft game characters to make a satisfying roster I don't think.

SSB is a child-like game, with funny little characters who go "pow". Microsoft doesn't have the characters.
And how come Dante you said has his hand? Yet Master Chief has the assault rifle, but unfair.
