Burnout Paradise: turn off Auto jump assist?

I'm basicaly Sick and Fucking Tired of jumping realy realy high during a barrel role and the computer auto leveling me out so I land on my wheels. Also in a flat spin, its driving me nuts.

Spend 30 seconds boosting to a jump, e-brake just before, hit the ramp sideways and go flying! but as soon as the front of my car has straightened out it stops rotating! Its looks so gay, spinning like a top then suddenly on a dime its perfectly straight and flying through the air to land on its wheels. I've had times when I could have done hundreds of degree's more flat spin or even 2 more barrel rolls from super jumps but NOOOOO, it levels me out.

Am I doing something wrong? cause I can't even get a 360 degree flat spin, as soon as its straight it stops spinning which means, as i took it at an angle in the first place I only ever do 280-310 if I'm lucky.

Never had this but i want to rant about the bllody DJ. Sorry or hijacking the thread but he pisses me off. I suck and at barrel rols and spins how do you do them?

you get ramps which are halfed, one side shallow and one steap, just take them straight on and the steap side puts you into a roll, or take a normal ramp but leave half your car off the edge, a single roll is pretty easy,

I've been trying for over an hour todo a 360 spin, a total failure thanks to this shitty "Lets not let them get hurt..You know, Crash" in a game thats DESIGNED TO FUCKING CRASH!

OK, this is taking the piss, I'm doing the Quary jump in the south west, I do a flat spin until my bonnet is facing the way I'm traveling and it just STOPS rotating, like the hand of god just reached down and corrected its momentum. It looks completely stupid. So far its completely ruining the game for me, as my favourite part are Stunt Runs, whats the point if its just gonna fucking land the things for you?

Edit: After FOUR hours of trying, one jump didn't auto level the spin and I landed a 370. ONE out of I'd say nearly a hundred. Thats terrible.

i have never had these problems befor but ill just say hold the direction your car is spining with the analogstick and the same with barrelrolls again i have never heard of these problems
