I'm picking this game up tomorrow,as its only getting released here tomorrow 
I've finished the first game on normal and some of the achievements were glitchy for me in the first game so i wouldn't be surprised if the same problems carried over. |

Yeah this happened to me too. I was only like a lieutenant or captain though. And I never beat the story. So its definitely just based on if youve played.
I didnt even know there was an achieve for this, so im not really bothered. Oh well, at least there will be a fix.

This glitch is fucked up. People I play with, who I'd also played the previous Vegas with, don't get it, they weren't Elite. They have the PFC class achievement. Me and some others got it though, and we were Elite.
