Rankings – Vegas 2 will reward returning gamers with enough XP to make the first rank, as well as extra gear to help you on your mission. If you are a returning Elite (or completed story mode on realistic difficulty) you will be rewarded all the benefits that veteran gamers get + more.
That's from the official forums. It seems you get 1250 if you've played the first, and 2500 if you beat it on realistic or were an Elite. Either way it still goes past PFC.

I was no where near an Elite in R6V so then home come i didn't get the achievemnt. Although i did beat the game on realistic difficulty i didnt get the achievement for that either.

you guys do realize that there is probably a way to reset your rank just like in Vegas 1 and you'll get the achievement when you do that, right?

no idea...i never did it in vegas 1, something about holding both triggers or something google it, im sure you can find it
