I got both guns on my PS3 version. I just got the codes from a website. But there not that great tbh. I thought that they would be some of the best weapons the game has seen....I was wrong.
But i got them for free so am not moaning.

its the Tar21 as someone else said, it just lets you unlock it before you actually unlock it by your rank in the game
