slow frame rate??
just picked up this game yesterday and only played a little through story mode, but about 3 times the frame rate has drop so slow that its unplayable and ive had to restart my console (don't know if this actually helps!). Its really bad and im finding it difficult to play because its jerking most of the time.
Also it does that thing which happens on pc games that when you move suddenly the picture sort of splits/breaks up in the centre of the screen (so the two half's of the screen don't line up).i forget what its called, maybe ansailing spl? or to do with the frame rate.
anyone else have this problem or a possible fix for it? it only happens on rainbow 6 vegas 2 and im using a vga cable but that shouldn't make a difference

just had a quick go on the game again and its absolutely terrible! every time theres enemies on the screen or even just a little action it slows right down! Almost like my computer is too slow lol. (that is the effect it has!)
looks like im going to have to give up story mode and stick to mp where funnily enough it doesn't happen!?
just had a thought, could it possible be the screen resolution? im running 1366x768, which is native for my 32" tv.

Sounds like a settings issue since I've never experienced that on Vegas 2.

Its not the screen, its your Xbox.
I have experienced this too - your Xbox is not powerful enough to run this game in intense firefights, and so the framerate dives.

The frame rate is terrible, for me at least. It makes the storyline unplayable for me.

Be sure that your console is ventiated properly. I've got the same problem when my first 360 was overheating. Really bad thing... just put it on a table with spacers (i use 4 pepsi bottles caps!) under it to let some air flows under it. or like i do, a some fans in the wall of your entertainment unit if you got crazy cats who are wire hunters! |

Framerate is fine for me, only lags sometimes in multiplayer. Check your settings.
