Think about this, Resident evil 4 had the exact same controls and was arguably the best game of last generation.
There is NOTHING if you don't like the controls then spend more time playing and if you don't like them still well... your loss.

i am not going to judge a demo. resident evil games have always been great and i am sure this one will as well

I planned on getting this game from the beginning. The demo is there too help with the grueling wait for the game to release.

Never played a Resident Evil game, watched my cousin play it, but that was about it. Although i did play one for the PS2 which i had a gun controller for, so it made things a lot easier. I just don't life the fact that you have to stand there, and aim with a still screen. I'm more used the the crosshair in the center. Also the Melee button is retarded, why do i have to press LB and then RT? They couldn't just make it LB...

i think RE isnt made for the 360 controller. playing the demo just felt wierd! I want to wait and try it out on the ps3. When does the demo release for ps3?

The RE control system has been the same since 1996.
If you haven't gotten used to it by now, then you probably won't at all!
The RE games are the best in the genre, and are totally worth the time to get used to the unique game play!
