How do you get exchange points?
I seem to be stuck on 13 500 exchange points and it wont go up, how do you actually get exchange points?

Best way is to download the Versus DLC and play online. For each game you win you get 2500 exchange points and you get 1000 if you lose. Each game is around 5 mins so you can get lots of exchange points quite quickly. I played for a few hours the other night and got enough points to unlock unlimited ammo for the L.Hawk, Hydra and M93R!!!

Its definitely the quickest was to get the points. Unless you're good enough to run through Chapter 6-2 on the hardest setting in <5 mins which would also reward you with 2500 points, but would get pretty boring after repeating a few times...

If you achieve the same ranking for a chapter do you get no points because I seem to be stuck on 13 500 points.

I don't know mate. My mate says he just runs through the chapters over and over, but he could be talking BS.
Either way, its a pretty boring way to get the points. Versus mode is actually quite fun to play, as long as you don't get matched with 3 Dark Wesker whores...

I might just try mercenaries for now cause I only need 20 000 points so I can get unlimited ammo for the M500.

I've played about 4 mercenaries matches and my exchanged points are going up, I've got about 17,000 now. Also I'm starting to like it.
