Eternal Sonata
This RPG is turning out to be an awesome game. Comes out this month ( PAL)month some time, and it's definately a game I will be getting.
Eternal Sonata is an RPG about famed piano composer Frédéric Chopin, who died at the age of 39 due to tuberculosis. The plot centers around the concept that three hours prior to his death, Chopin dreamed of a fairy-tale land, in which people with incurable diseases have great magical powers.
The battle system is a unique one, as you can take control of a character for 5 seconds, and in that time is when you attack. It's a very unique one, as it allows for many different strategies instead of just pressing attack every turn, like most RPG's. Graphics wise, it's looking similar to the Tales of Symphonia art style, but looking more realistic, as you can see in this image:
It's definately a title to look forward to if you're an avid RPG fan such as myself.
So, discuss.

That's what they said about Tales of Symphonia. And Golden Sun.

I've been playing Eternal Sonata for 3 days now, well, for a total of a few hours, and I can say I am surprisingly impressed. It does get a little preachy here and there, but its a great game. It is a real nice addition to all the gray and brown games out there.

It's kind of a cross between the two styles actually, if you haven't played the demo check it out.
I watched the Gamespot video review today, and the review loved it. I look forward to getting it, when I have money.

clearly you haven't played the demo.
Blue Dragon = Final Fantasy only much much gayer.
Eternal sonata is way more action oriented, you run around and press buttons for attacks, try the demo and you'll see. I'm so buying this game, my girlfriend wants to co-op it with me (1-3 players offline)
