i say oblivion, because its better then morrowind and its like the longest game ive ever played because of the side quests and choices

but seriously, if you dont enjoy exploring and doing stuff that are essential to an rpg ...

Not even on the 360 but FF8, best and favourite game ive ever played. I got so into it, that story was classic.

Get Majoras Mask on VC or N64. It is the best zelda game ever, hands down. And it doesn't feel kiddy at all. What's kiddy about the moon crashing into earth in 3 days if you dont stop it?

I don't mean to hijack his thread... but I didn't want to make another one... and I have the same exact question.
I want to get 1 RPG for 360.

I LOVE the replayability of Diablo 2 and love the story depth to games like KOTOR.
Looking for more of a rich story game, just like him, but i'm not opposed to grinding or exploring as he is. love the feature of "abilities" or "classes" in games (think diablo 2).

Seems right now like my choice would be mass effect from what I've read elsewhere and what people are saying here.
also..
i'm NOT getting oblivion. already beat it on PC. So.. with that out of the picture...
what will it be?

EDIT: also.. as of now i seem to perceive Assassins Creed and Bioshock as RPG's (or kind of RPG's...)
i dont know how right i am there, but if they have great stories and other elements i talked about, they're cool

Mass Effect is KotOR with out light Sabers...it's a pretty safe bet.

Also Jade Empire and KotOR 2 are both BC and cheep {I say this so often I should have the phrase hot-keyed to my keyboard}.
