I don;t think it got that boring that fast for me... the city is a smaller than the new Liberty City--the only real thing i hated about it was the driving physics. GTA IV feels way better in that department, IMO, and pretty much every other one.
I'll buy Saints Row 2, but i'm not nearly as amped for it as i was for the first. I'm expecting the same game with more vehicles and stuff. For Volition to really make the SR franchise a competitor in the sandbox genre, they need to up the ante as far as visuals and physics. It was definitely a fun game though moderate replay value though.
