What did you think of Saints Row?
I recently rented Saints Row, as I had never played it, but heard good things about it, and was considering buying it if I enjoyed it as it is only $25 at EB.
But when it came to playing the game it just came across as a cheap version of GTA.
Should I persist with it or just go back to playing games I feel comfortable with?

I got bored of it pretty quick TBH.
GTA is a lot better.

I enjoyed it. And i actually finished it. Which i don't do much with game anymore. You can pick it up pretty cheap now days. If you looking for something to fill in some time then pick it up, if not just wait for the 2nd game.

I agree with you completely BLACK*RIDER. I enjoyed this game immensely and played the single player campaign end-to-end (100% complete). Multi-player sucks though. |

I played it alot more than I did with GTA, I'm looking forward to Saints row 2.

I thought it was a great game. I'd put it above GTA:VC & GTA III, but below San Andreas and GTAIV. Hopefully the second one will live up to the first.

I yhought it was a great game. It may be a cheap knock-off of GTA but yet i enjoyed playing... even though the ending was a major dissapointment  Finish it and youll see what i mean, but you most probably will enjoy it up to that moment!!

how is it a cheap knockoff?
So is call of duty a cheap knockoff of Medal of honor? Or is Medal of honor a cheap knockoff of wolfenstien?
I love how any game that your a gangster, and its a sandbox, free roam type game gets labeled as a GTA knock off
