Best shooter that has lots of voice communication?

My favorite game is battlefield bad company, but I hate the fact you can only talk with your squad (3 other people) and not of the rest of your team.

Do other shooters have full voice communication with your entire team? Im deciding on whether to get call of duty mw2 or bfbc 2, bfbc2 looks much better, but the voice thing really bothers me.

Or maybe i can buy an older game if it has better voice chat like call of duty world at war.

Another question i had was what shooters are the best for casual gamers, what i like about bfbc is when you shoot someone they die, its not that hard to aim, in battlefeild 1943 i could barely get any kills, cause youd aim right at them and they wouldnt die, is call of duty that hard to get kills like bf 1943?

Hows the Halo 3 voicechat, and is it easy for a casual gamer? thanks!

I am currently borrowing bad company from my friend right now, and I think the online play is awesome. I also have the game Halo3 and the online play is great because you can do alot of different stuff and you can talk to everyone on your team. Cod4 is just like that and I prefer it over cod5, I wouldnt buy cod4 right now. Wait for MW2 if youre going for a cod

Overall whats a better buy, mw2 or battlefield bad company 2. i dont think im gonna get both, just gets king of lonely in bfbc 1 because no one ever talks, but everything else is perfect, does call of duty modern warfare multiplayer match up with bfbc 1 if you leave out the voice advantages in mw?

I only play multiplayer, and enjoy that part more.
