Wow your guitar broke already? I didn't even know that game was out yet...that's pretty shitty but good that they gave you a free game.

It was broken the second I took it out of the box. It had a stuck note. Supposedly tons of people are having issues with some part of their package, mostly with the guitar.

they'll probably just give you some crappy sports game. oh well, a free game is a free game... glad to hear they're doing SOMETHING about it.

lets see... i filled out the return forms and started the warranty process around 4am on the 21st of november. 13 days. i gave them my CC info so i could get the guitar sent to me by 2 day air. now i have to return my old guitar within 30 days or they charge me for the price of the guitar.
