defective RB guitar

k, my guitar for Rock Band is defective (strum bar). I lost that colored sheet that came with the box (I'm a dumbass) and I don't feel like going through all the bullshit at the Rock Band website.

I want to exchange it. What do I do?

You must do it through the rock band website. It isn't that hard. The sheet that came with your package says that you cannot return it to the store from where you purchased it.

Yeahhhh.... I submitted an issue about two weeks ago, they havn't even shipped my box. this is sad.....
i wouldn't be suprised to see a class action lawsuit against harmonix after the warranty is up, after everyones everything has broken. it's insane.

GO to youtube and search for "fix rockband guitar" i did it to mine and it works perfect.

mines broken to everything is delayed no matter how many times i synch it to my tv it doesent work im not even gonna send mine in its a shitty controller anyway, ill just use my guitar hero controller.
