Stupid EA... : another rockband complaint
So after about a week of use.. my rockband guitar downstrum broke.
I did the RMA service. After a week and a half of "billing info received from UPS, i was wondering if they were ever going to ship me the box to send my broken guitar in. I mean, that takes no work, it just has to get picked up.
so I send EA an email, and of course that day they send it. took nearly two weeks to get the box sent.

EA is so aggravating..
