Sony released the files for creating the themes. They also added the install option in the firmware. Since Sony doesnt charge money for their themes then there is nothing wrong. Plus you can do whatever you want to your PS3 without getting banned lol

I really wanna give the whole theme building a go but me thinks it'll be to much of a ball ache!
