I called the support line for the Eyetoy and they said to call MS.... Yeah right
The Eyetoy exports video as an MP4, but when I try to open the file in quick time, I get that error (2401)
Things I've tried so far....
-Updating to the newest version of Quicktime.
-Installing the K-Lite codec pack
-Change the file extension of the video to multiple different file formats (reccommended on the Quicktime discussion forums)
I'm getting very frustrated, because if I can't put my videos onto my computer, then WTF is the point????
Any other suggestions??
