There are absolutely no issues with finding games on Warhawk.
I've played it lots and there are always thousands playing.
Never had lag with it either to be honest

Check in your local game mate, i did and got a preowned 60gb yesterday for £280 with a student discount £310 without it
I only got motorstorm and resistance but im likin it so far from what ive played

I've played both and personally I would stick with the 360, its better quality and XBL is better.
