It's been a bad graphics year for take-two's sports games. Nhl 2k8 wasn't good looking I don't think. Nba 2k8 doesn't look good, All pro football 2008 doesn't look very good and mlb 2k8 i heard doesn't look any better than last year's. It seems this year all they are doing is refining gameplay.

yeh i got it yesterday , i find it really good to play ,and i wouldnt say the graphics bring down the game to much

The most current basketball game I have at the moment is 2K7. What game do I play EVERYTIME I'm in the mood for some bball? Live 06.(haven't found a copy of Live 07 used yet) The 2K series is like pong to me. Pong 2K6, Pong 2K7, lol. It's slow, and clunky. The graphics are crap, the players make layups through the back of the backboard when penetrating on the baseline(ugly). I picked up 2K7 at a GameCrazy used for $14.99, popped it in, then threw up on my shoes. Now i can't say that 2K8 is crap, never played it. However, the "Live" versions have always been the pinnacle of basketball games, to me.

nba 2k8 is an outstanding game. i definetly prefer it over nba live.
