2k8 has a great gameplay. not sure if live has better graphics.but wat i care about in a basketball game is gameplay in the 1st place, and 2k8 has great new features like lock on D. inaddition to player movements and dunks. for me EA comes in 2nd place after 2k in nba and after pes in football.
if u feel like u like nba live more then its ur choice.

im still debating.....i just like the game looking good, and the gameplay on live isnt that BAD, sure 2K8 is better but Live will ahve positives

I like some EA games but i havent liked nba live games for a long time.

I played both and I can honestly say Live 08 was one of the worst basketball games I have played in years gameplay wise. Sure, it looks nice but 2k8 shits on it gameplay wise.

get nba live 08 !!!! i had 2k7 for the ps2 and there wasnt much to do on it really but i have live 08 for the xbox 360 and you can play team games and there is plenty of other things to do as well !!!
