Im playing ea Skate and getting Missing Texture written like everywhere

Anyone any ideas?

it didnt do it with my COD 4 disk,i also played around with the settings

it was a pre-owned game so i phoned gamestation and could return it.
got new disc and fine.

apparently data problem
