Don't think so mate. There is FIFA Street 3, which is FIFA but on the street and 5 vs 5. There is a demo on XBL, or youtube it.

i played fifa street 2, and the street style is totally different from true football. all u have to do is dance with ball in street  and press the shoot button when it is time

Yeah, it's a bit easier than normal FIFA but as annoying as hell when the opposition have the ball!
